United States First Responders Mission Statement and Call to Action by Kiler Davenport
Change is in the air, and we are so happy, we got the non-profit status, and we will now be raising one hundred thousand dollars for the all-volunteer police, fire and emergency medical disaster respite team, and Destinie global communications network. We got our 30-foot RV that will be used for our police, fire, and emergency medical disaster respite team command unit. Mary is going to be a family services police officer and working community outreach. The radio station is expanding, and we will be producing, directing, and hosting community access television there where we are going to be living. We will also be getting a search and rescue boat and getting certified with the coast guard. Our organization focuses on teaching, training, education community building, and personal development. We have a homeless population of over 127,000 kids where we are moving to and will be doing our best to help them in every way possible, most are sleeping outside in the elements.
Mary will be a reserve deputy sheriff working in family services and community outreach through the department. She is perfect for this position because she loves people. We will be raising funds for a boat that will be used by our volunteer team for water search and rescue, and we will be getting certified by the coast guard and will be a major part of their team.
I want to take this time to welcome our board members and executive and advisory team to the organization. Our goal for fund-raising is to raise one hundred thousand dollars by September 2023, All of you will be expected to reach out to the world at large and make them fully aware of who we are and what we do, and why we do it. Together we will accomplish all of our goals and objectives. Our motto for the disaster team is we are the first ones in and the last ones out, As most of you know teams like ours will be vital to those who have not prepared for the disasters that are coming, We will be on call 24 - 7 -365. We also need to raise funds for a really tough 4-wheel drive monster truck that can go into places and put folks out of really dangerous situations. Most emergency services are not prepared for long-term operations, and we will fill in the massive shortages that they will be facing as far as manpower, equipment, supplies, and materials as well as specialized equipment that most departments cannot afford.
I want to think my understudy for taking on the task of the president and executive director for this massive undertaking. Our radio and television programming will now put our focus on being prepared for any and all emergencies that will occur in the coming months and years. We will be a launching pad for folks wanting to get into emergency services such as EMTs and paramedics. We require all new students to get a CPR card and take a basic and advanced emergency care course online or at a certified school in our area. Our goal is to teach very complex skills to common folks, so they can be proficient when assisting medical trauma teams on the scene. The more skills they have the less liability we will have to worry about. We are working on steering up volunteer disaster teams all over the US, police and emergency services will be overwhelmed in a catastrophic event and our teams will be a powerful asset to these professionals.
A 20-year background check will be done on all prospective members before they can become members of the team. We will not hold non-violent crimes against our members in our vetting process. All members will receive an ID card for the disaster team and a press pass that will allow them access to areas that others will not be able to enter, this way we can keep a history of the damage and a record of the events in real-time. All members will be trained in Scene management and media relations, as well as safety procedures. Keeping all of our members safe will be our first priority. Our objective will play a critical backup role to any and all official agencies and others who need our assistance. We will use drones to keep fire personnel informed of weather and wind changes in the event of fires, and our computer programs can also keep personnel informed of other vital intel from the air as needed. Our command unit will also be used for emergency personnel for strategic planning tactical and cover if needed. In winter, the command unit will provide a shelter and place of rest for those exhausted and who need a time-out (warming station). We are a non-profit 501c3 and our only paid staff will be our founder and executive director, Marion Pound.

We strongly encourage all of our members to support and become active members in their local volunteer fire departments. Many of you may be asking if it is legal to put police on the back of your car or truck. The answer is yes. As long as the word respite is included with it. Otherwise, it is a third-degree felony to impersonate a police officer. Our members will seek to adhere to the highest professional standards possible and realize that they are backup support for law enforcement, emergency medical, fire, hazmat, search and rescue teams in their local area. Only providing basic life support under the Good Samaritan Act for First Responders.
This organization supports American Red Cross, American Heart Association, and St. Jude Hospital for Children.
